“I’ve been coming to Manasquan dry cleaners for about 10 years. I’ve always been very satisfied with the quality of cleaning and pressing and turnaround time. It’s not uncommon for me to bring multiple suits and 8 to 10 shirts at a time. The owners, Young and her family, are truly great people and friends. They’re very hard-working and honest and a great part of the community!“

Walked into Done Rite with the hopes they could help out…not only did they come through, but the seamstress was incredibly friendly and kind about it and promised it would be altered and pressed by Weds morning. “I went into Point Pleasant Dry Cleaning to pick up a dress that needed to be sown. I also brought in a pair of shoes that came apart after washing them the bow completely fell off and I was really upset about it because it would’ve been sad to throw them out. Kate completely accommodated for me and helped fix my shoes without charging me. She was so sweet and completely made my day! I would definitely recommend this place, the owner is extremely personable and very sweet. It was just good business, she provided very good service. Gary came out to the home and removed the drapes took them back to be cleaned and returned to reinstall. He was extremely professional and did an amazing job. The drapes all came out like new. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them.“

“Orlando is amazing! I bought a dress that could not be returned. It was way too tight in the hips. One tailor told me there was nothing they could do and had to buy a size up. Orlando had told me he could take out the lining and add fabric - no questions asked. He made it work and saved the dress! Not to mention he is so sweet and so fast! Couldn't be happier. I had the sleeves on a blazer shortened and I was nervous because there was a slit and buttons on the cuffs so she had to take them up by removing the sleeves off the shoulders and it came out perfect.“

I didn’t realize the store closed at three that’s on me. And the seamstress was nice enough to open the door and to call over across the street where one of the owners or managers came over. reopened the store got my dry cleaning and reopened the register for me. They went above and beyond. I really would’ve been up the creek without Their awesome customer service!!!“

“I’ve been going to this laundromat location on and off for years. So when they upgraded the washers I was surprised by the settings and selected the wrong cycle. I asked for help to see if I could restart it. The lady was polite, but said can’t change it once started. I thought it was broken how slow the gentle cycle was moving. She returned to reset the machine and restart the wash with some power! That didn’t work but it felt nice that she at-least tried to help. nothing could be restarted.
A few moments latter she found me to say the manager agreed to help me with a free wash. I have to say that impressed me. It’s the small things that keep a customer like me returning. A staff who cares and tries to help in a few different ways is a place I want to continue to support. Thanks!“
