“This review is so long overdue but I NEED to write it. I came into the shop after my grandmother passed with an idea for my mom and aunts and I needed someone with magic sewing skills to bring my idea to life. We had gone and gotten bears made and put my grandma’s voice inside of them for my mom and her 3 sisters but they were not special enough for my liking so I decided to take some of her favorite house coats and ask ECT to help. They not only delicately took apart her clothing pieces and made GORGEOUS little dresses to fit the bears but they made a special one to fit the unicorn we got especially for my aunt who love unicorns. These were so very special to them; they all cried and we could not have asked for a more beautiful way to remember her. The detail in the dresses and small finishing touches made us smile but most importantly, it truly made us feel her presence.”

“I machine washed a winter parka I shouldn’t have and ripped one of the inside fabric panels.<br>I had visited the shop before and noticed all of the precision sewing machines behind the front counter, so I decided to give them a try.<br>The woman, I wish I could remember her name, examined the damaged seam and stated that it would require a hidden stitch, how much was the repair (reasonable), come back in a couple of days to pick it up.<br>Boy was I amazed by the handiwork.<br>I couldn’t tell that it had been damaged beforehand.<br>I worked in the area and had spoken with a few of their customers, everyone said they do great work with the dry cleaning but most often the women say they love the tailoring.”

“I write this with a full heart. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this dry cleaners is! I came in with a very unusual request — I needed help taking body measurements for a traditional dress being made abroad for my wedding. I live alone and didn’t have anyone available to help, so I called to see if they offered this kind of service. Without hesitation, they told me to come in.<br><br>When I arrived, they welcomed me warmly and made me feel so comfortable. She kindly helped me video call my tailor overseas and followed his instructions step by step, taking the exact measurements he needed and reading them out for him. She was patient and sweet.<br><br>At the end, when I went to pay, she refused to take any money — she did it as a pure act of kindness. I insisted, but she wouldn’t let me. I was so touched. This dress is for my traditional wedding back home in Africa, so her kindness means more to me than words can say.<br><br>You can tell they really care about their customers and their community. While I was there, I noticed they greeted regulars by name and even joked around with me and made banter. They clearly go above and beyond, whether it’s last-minute requests, unusual needs like mine, or just their day-to-day service.<br><br>If you’re looking for a dry cleaners or tailoring service that genuinely cares, is flexible, welcoming, and provides exceptional customer service, look no further. “Interesting set of reviews, but most are old. I've been using this cleaner for about a year, since Jeannette's closed. I've only brought shirts and white lab coats, but they have done a consistently good job on all of them. Yes, it's expensive, but it's convenient, and I don't know for a fact that anybody else is significantly cheaper.”

“We are new to Cedar Grove and someone recommended Amazing Care and they did not disappoint. We dropped off two down comforters and some clothes. When we returned they were ready as promised and the time they took with our items was noticeable. One of the comforters came back not perfect so they sent it back to have it re cleaned.
