“I had a dress that arrived much later than expected and only had a couple of weeks over the holidays to get it hemmed and have the sleeves and shoulders adjusted. From the start, their customer service, friendliness, and responsiveness were above par. While they set clear and realistic expectations, they were also professional, confident, and willing to take on a job others hesitated to accept. The quality of the work was excellent, and they truly made my dress feel beautiful for such a special day. I’ll absolutely be coming back for all of my future tailoring needs. Thank you so much for your care and craftsmanship.”
