This review is so long overdue but I NEED to write it. I came into the shop after my grandmother passed with an idea for my mom and aunts and I needed someone with magic sewing skills to bring my idea to life. We had gone and gotten bears made and put my grandma’s voice inside of them for my mom and her 3 sisters but they were not special enough for my liking so I decided to take some of her favorite house coats and ask ECT to help. They not only delicately took apart her clothing pieces and made GORGEOUS little dresses to fit the bears but they made a special one to fit the unicorn we got especially for my aunt who love unicorns. I ordered a jumpsuit online for an upcoming milestone birthday that was not only delayed in delivery but also way too long. With only four days left before my celebration, I was in a panic trying to find a tailor who could accommodate alterations in such a quick turnaround.

From the moment I spoke with Jeff, he reassured me that he would make it happen. True to his word, I picked up my jumpsuit the day before my birthday, tried it on and it fit perfectly - like a glove. I couldn't have been happier with the results. He has earned a long-term customer and will now be my go-to tailor!
Jeff was great. I needed a last-minute suit alteration, and he was able to come through. The work was great, and he went above and beyond. He is my guy now. A+++
