Dr. Small was very upfront and candid regarding my options for reconstructive surgery on my head. This was post MOHS surgery for skin cancer which left a portion of my skull exposed. I am very satisfied and happy with the results.
Dr. Small and his staff were terrific in understanding all of my concerns, and they were helpful, patient and reassuring with me during the process.

Dr. Stephen preformed surgery on me and I can't tell you how happy the outcome has been. You can't even see where the incision was. He has done a fantastic job and would recommend him to anyone who may need him in the future. The office staff was great and so polite. Thank you Dr. Small and the staff at Ocean Plastic Surgery!!
Dr. small has removed two cancerous growths for me. He is a skilled surgeon as well as a very nice doctor to deal with. His staff is also excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him! Although I hope I won’t have any additional cancerous lesions, if I do, I will be returning to Dr. small for treatment. In my opinion, he’s the best.
