I must begin my story with the true excellence of Stacey, the front desk manager. I had an appointment the following week but I was truly suffering an emergency and walked in begging for mercy. Her soft calming demeanor put me at ease as she told me to have a seat and made it possible to squeeze me in with doctor that very moment. Stacey is the kind of person every office should have as the liaison between patient, doctor and staff members. You will be greeted by Linda who at one point had 5 people waiting to check in, the phones ringing off the wall and people asking many questions. Six months ago, my husband saw another dermatologist on Lakehurst Road for a sore on the side of his nostril that would not heal. Unfortunately, the experience was very upsetting. The doctor was rude, avoided eye contact, and described what he claimed would be a “very big surgery,” which left us both frightened and uncomfortable. We walked out of the office and never returned.
