“I must begin my story with the true excellence of Stacey, the front desk manager. I had an appointment the following week but I was truly suffering an emergency and walked in begging for mercy. Her soft calming demeanor put me at ease as she told me to have a seat and made it possible to squeeze me in with doctor that very moment. Stacey is the kind of person every office should have as the liaison between patient, doctor and staff members. You will be greeted by Linda who at one point had 5 people waiting to check in, the phones ringing off the wall and people asking many questions. All of which she handled in a true professional manner. She never complained, did it with grace and no one complained because she took care of everyone as needed. I was then scheduled for my procedure and met with Jenn the surgical coordinator who had me come in a week before, discussed in detail the entire procedure before and after, signed papers, went over my co-pay and it was like a well oiled machine. The day of my procedure was like cake. Melissa my surgical assistant was sweet, gentle, kind and made sure I was at ease and comfortable. Dr. Foster.....I don't know if I can put into words just how incredible you are at what you do. I absolutely felt nothing. I had no idea you had even given me the anesthesia. Hands of GOLD!! I never felt so relaxed and at ease getting a procedure done, especially on my face. Thank your entire staff for being such an incredible TEAM!! They all work incredibly wonderful together and that's what makes this office absolutely AMAZING!! 5 Stars is not enough. Stacey thank you from the bottom of my heart for you compassion, thoughtfulness and the genuine person you are.
