Before settling on a company to replace my ac unit I called 17 different companies. By far, Prism, was the most professional. I highly recommend them, Conrad was my tech and he did amazing work, along with explained things in a simple way. I felt informed the entire time. Reasonably priced. My boiler would not come on. I called Prism and Dan and Andrew came first thing the next morning. They could have told me anything and charged me a fortune. Turns out it was just a fuse and they only charged me for the service call. They really know their stuff and I highly recommend them.
Conrad is the best! I can depend on Prism all the time. Conrad is experienced, reasonably priced,, reliable and trustworthy - he even fixes other people's mistakes! I wouldn't call anyone else!
