And now my son is getting better every day at the drums. I am so satisfied that I chosen them. Esteban and his staff are the best.“

165 Maplewood Ave, Maplewood“Coming back to the guitar after more than 50 years is not easy. Sandro has worked with me to relearn the music of my childhood even as it was new to him. He is helping me tackle what I thought was almost impossible. A great teacher in a terrific music school!“
3 - 8:30PM
16 Belleville Ave, Bloomfield“My daughters (both under 10) have been taking piano lessons with Mr. Ray for about seven months. They usually learn one or two new songs each week and have made good progress. For perspective, they have been taking piano lessons since ages 4/5, and play at least 15 mins. almost every day. I think having a private teacher is good to reinforce good techniques, and look at a piece from a different angle.
We’ve been with other studios and teachers in the past, and Mr. Ray stands out as both knowledgeable and easygoing. One of the best parts of the studio is the opportunity for students to perform in recitals and play in front of an audience. The teachers even perform during the recitals, which makes them really fun events.“

330 Henry St, Scotch Plains“Nice community orchestra group in town that also offers private lessons. My daughter started playing violin several years ago & does private lessons & the orchestra group-she made lots of friends in the orchestra group and really looks forward to going each week.“
“I have to say that LaJuan helped me out with very short notice on polishing up my singing and even converting it to a better key for my range. It was truly amazing how much got done in a short period of time. I would highly recommend her for any singing related need.“

901 Oak Tree Rd, South Plainfield“I’ve had an amazing experience at South Plainfield School of Rock. The instructors are not only highly skilled but genuinely supportive. One of the best parts is the opportunity to play in a rock band—rehearsing with other musicians, learning how to play together, and performing live has been incredibly motivating and fun. I’ve improved a lot as a musician and performer, and I can’t recommend this school enough to anyone who wants to learn music while actually getting on stage and playing. ??“

77 W Mt Pleasant Ave, Livingston“Our daughter has really grown as a musician since starting with Valencia. She is about to have her 3rd gig under her belt! Her guitar instructor, Ike is patient and kind while getting her to improve.“
“I’m writing this 5 star review through the lens of a mom of (almost) 1 year old twins, a Kindie musician, and a licensed K-12 music educator, with over 20 years of experience teaching. Rockness Music is such a wonderful program, and you should absolutely sign your kids up. Mr. Michael brings such fun to each and every one of his classes. He’s engaging, treats the kids with love and respect at every moment, and brings educational content that the kids really love. They learn about new instruments, move their bodies with a weekly dance party, and get to use their imaginations throughout. He also can pivot at a moment’s notice to reflect the interest of the kids; one of the students was excited about a plane flying overhead today in class, and Mr. Michael improvised a song about airplanes right on the spot, including actions for the kids to do and everything. You can tell how passionate he is about what he does. If you’re thinking about signing your kids up, do it. They will have the best time, and they will grow up loving music.“

303 Millburn Ave #202, Millburn“Our twin boys have been attending Natalie’s School of Music and Performing Arts for almost two years, and the experience has been wonderful. They take piano and vocal lessons with Prof. Tamara and her dedicated teachers Nini and Anya, who create such a supportive and inspiring environment for the kids.
In less than two years, our boys are already singing, playing piano, performing duets, and even learning guitar. It’s amazing to see their confidence and love for music grow.
We are very grateful to this talented and caring team and highly recommend the school to any family looking for a nurturing and professional music program.“

My son decided to try out a not so common instrument, and the owner took the time and effort to find him a teacher, called me back and set up a trial lesson. The admin staff is so helpful when it comes to sending invoices, making payments etc. The teacher is also so caring and has been working really well with my som on his one-on-one lesson. All in all, love the crew here! ?? Thank you Yamaha, for spreading the love of music!!“
