1059 Pompton Ave, Cedar Grove“Tom isn’t just a guitar teacher he’s a bridge to the soul of the instrument. Every lesson is thoughtful, patient, and tailored to where I’m at. He balances technique and feel in a way that pushes me creatively without overwhelming me. What really sets him apart is his deep musicality you’re not just learning chords, you’re learning how to play with intention. If you're serious about growing on guitar, Tom’s the real deal.“

253 Westfield Ave W, Roselle Park“When looking for a music school for my special kid I visited a couple at Elizabeth, but when I visited Landzmusic, since the first visit I felt it was the right one for my son, they welcomed us very warm and supportive. And now my son is getting better every day at the drums. I am so satisfied that I chosen them. Esteban and his staff are the best.“

519 Pompton Ave #85, Cedar Grove“Jessica is the best vocal teacher. She is super knowledgeable and teaches in a way that is easy to understand. In my time as a student, she helped me so much with my vocal technique, choir repertoire, preparing for gigs, and working through certain issues I had. She always prioritizes vocal health and is super mindful of the well being of her students. I would highly recommend her!“

16 Belleville Ave, Bloomfield“My daughters (both under 10) have been taking piano lessons with Mr. Ray for about seven months. They usually learn one or two new songs each week and have made good progress. For perspective, they have been taking piano lessons since ages 4/5, and play at least 15 mins. almost every day. I think having a private teacher is good to reinforce good techniques, and look at a piece from a different angle.
We’ve been with other studios and teachers in the past, and Mr. Ray stands out as both knowledgeable and easygoing. One of the best parts of the studio is the opportunity for students to perform in recitals and play in front of an audience. The teachers even perform during the recitals, which makes them really fun events.“

We had a fun experience watching my daughter perform at Just Jake’s in Montclair for a summer music event that the school arranged. What a great experience that was!“

Caleb has grown so much in both skill and confidence, and it’s amazing to see how excited he gets for his lessons each week.
Devon has a great way of connecting with children and making learning fun while still challenging them to improve. I also appreciate his professionalism, consistency, and positive energy. You can tell he genuinely cares about his students and their progress. I highly recommend Devon to any parent looking for a talented and supportive drum instructor!“

“I’m writing this 5 star review through the lens of a mom of (almost) 1 year old twins, a Kindie musician, and a licensed K-12 music educator, with over 20 years of experience teaching. Rockness Music is such a wonderful program, and you should absolutely sign your kids up. Mr. Michael brings such fun to each and every one of his classes. He’s engaging, treats the kids with love and respect at every moment, and brings educational content that the kids really love. They learn about new instruments, move their bodies with a weekly dance party, and get to use their imaginations throughout. He also can pivot at a moment’s notice to reflect the interest of the kids; one of the students was excited about a plane flying overhead today in class, and Mr. Michael improvised a song about airplanes right on the spot, including actions for the kids to do and everything. You can tell how passionate he is about what he does. If you’re thinking about signing your kids up, do it. They will have the best time, and they will grow up loving music.“

They have great equipment that you can use for recording as well. I highly recommend this studio if you’re looking to record music! They work with you in terms of budgets as well, which is a plus. Looking forward to the next time I’m there to record more work!
Peace and love“

My son decided to try out a not so common instrument, and the owner took the time and effort to find him a teacher, called me back and set up a trial lesson. The admin staff is so helpful when it comes to sending invoices, making payments etc. The teacher is also so caring and has been working really well with my som on his one-on-one lesson. All in all, love the crew here! ?? Thank you Yamaha, for spreading the love of music!!“

“Our twin boys have been attending Natalie’s School of Music and Performing Arts for almost two years, and the experience has been wonderful. They take piano and vocal lessons with Prof. Tamara and her dedicated teachers Nini and Anya, who create such a supportive and inspiring environment for the kids.
In less than two years, our boys are already singing, playing piano, performing duets, and even learning guitar. It’s amazing to see their confidence and love for music grow.
We are very grateful to this talented and caring team and highly recommend the school to any family looking for a nurturing and professional music program.“
