Rented a violin from this location and had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was helpful during both the rental and return process. I’d definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking to rent an instrument. Parking is in the back lot, and the entrance is easy to miss if you’re driving by too fast!
Kris is the best!! I bought a used Violin, he took a ton of time to ensure it was setup correctly and even walked me through the process despite juggling several other customers. Very positive experience and customer service. Will be back!!
We rented a violin for my daughter from them for 2 years. we bought a violin from them this year as we had accumulated credit against the rental. They sold us a damaged violin - the damage was identified by my daughters teacher. We immediately went back to the store for a replacement but nothing has been done. It’s been two months and the store hasn’t replaced the violin citing shortage. Terrible customer service, regret renting the violin from them.* Update - The store has replaced the violin, updated my review from 1 star to three.
