“Working with Jessica at Perennial Voice Studios has been truly a wonderful experience. It is a communal effort in the studio and I learn something knew during every lesson. Jessica has such great energy and creates a positive atmosphere during our sessions. Perennial Voice helped me throughout my preparation for performing college as a theatre major with interest in musical theater. I went into my audition feeling confident due to the preparation work with Jessica. I plan to continue lessons while on break because it is such a great place to work on becoming a better singer and performer.“

“My daughter, Cynthia, took piano lessons at From the Top many years ago and it was a wonderful experience! She had a fabulous teacher who knew exactly what music to give her to keep her engaged and interested. We also enjoyed the many piano recitals that From the Top arranged! And it was a pleasure working with Lisa Plasse, the owner of the studio.“

“What a lovely little place!! The director of the school, John, is a wonderful person to work with. He is truly knowledgeable and is looking out for the best options for your child. The studio is at a convenient location in maplewood downtown, and is a lovely space that is partitioned well. So classes are insulated from one another. I would highly recommend this music school.“

“What a lovely music school! Had a wonderful experience right from the get go! My son decided to try out a not so common instrument, and the owner took the time and effort to find him a teacher, called me back and set up a trial lesson. The admin staff is so helpful when it comes to sending invoices, making payments etc. The teacher is also so caring and has been working really well with my som on his one-on-one lesson. All in all, love the crew here! ?? Thank you Yamaha, for spreading the love of music!!“

“My 2 sons have taken lessons at Architekt Music since they first opened in Glen Rock, on various instruments with various instructors. They have always been happy with their teachers and have progressed beautifully. Architekt's admin team is a dream....no matter who I speak or email with, they are super responsive, accommodating, and kind. Both the Glen Rock and Butler studios are beautiful and I love going to see the end of semester shows at the Butler stage. Their prices are very reasonable and I appreciate that they don't require you to sign up for an ensemble class, unlike another local music franchise with the initials SoR. ;) I will never forget how seamlessly Architekt pivoted to virtual lessons at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. I was so grateful to them for quickly offering lessons via Zoom so that my sons could keep their routines during a very scary and uncertain time. Shout out to instructors Alex (guitar) and Janine (piano) for making such a great impact on my boys. I highly recommend Architekt Music!“

“Great little place to purchase or rent a musical instrument for my child's participation in the school band. The people there are very helpful and polite. The owner is always looking to offer his assistance to his customers whether to fix an instrument or for any other reason. It is a great place.“

“We had a consultation and audition that helped significantly, not only with nerves, but also with technique. I ended up having an incredible audition experience and getting into my dream school, Vanderbilt University. I would highly recommend, especially for those hoping to major in piano or go to a conservatory.“

“Kris is the best!! I bought a used Violin, he took a ton of time to ensure it was setup correctly and even walked me through the process despite juggling several other customers. Very positive experience and customer service. Will be back!!“
