This was a very stressful time for my children and I, trying to get information from the insurance company and getting the work started. However, Bryan Leanard was my contractor and I have to say he was a lifesaver. Even when the insurance company was giving me a hard time Bryan never gave up and fought for the work and was persistent for weeks until people called back and the work was approved.I am truly blessed to have had Bryan working on my behalf. They walked us through every step of the process, helped us put our belongings in boxes, and shuffled things around in the apartment while we dealt with our insurance.Whenever we had a concern, Felix was always there either onsite or on the phone. “Our insurance company set it up for us when our pipes broke and our ceiling collapsed in our master bedroom doing a lot of damage. First the response team came with machines to dry everything out and remove the wet carpet. Then we had Jennifer come out to check the damage . She was great . Can't say enough about this very lovely young lady. They arranged a suitable date to start renovation and restoration. The men they sent were also amazing . Did the job in two days. Looks like this damage never happened. They put down the flooring we picked and redid the ceiling and all work to make our bedroom beautiful again. I will definitely use PD again.
