Franchise #7215, Bertha, Ed, Jason and Taha, were excellent. They were expertly strategic at the water damage site. They expertly cleaned out the damaged areas, heated the wooden floor areas to save them from further damage, precisely placed each bit of equipment in areas of concern and expertly removed all debris and equipment when the process was completed! They are a great team, listened to our concerns, addressed each issue masterfully and were very timely in the process. They handled our insurance needs accurately and with personal care.
