She is an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable, encouraging and patient. Whether she's doing individual or group classes she makes a point to get to know each persons limitations and will modify the exercises for that person. She is so patient, very supportive and makes the classes fun and relaxing. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great workout in a relaxed space!!“

“My brother is a big fan of F45 in a different country so I tried a week's trial at Shrewsbury location. So happy I found this place! F45 is superior to other gyms, fitness classes and personal training that I've experienced. Every day offers a new and different challenge which helps keeps things interesting. Great full body strength and cardio workouts for anyone looking to whip themselves into their best shape. The trainers are fun, friendly, motivational and check your form to ensure maximum effectiveness. It is definitely hard work and fast paced but there are people of all ages, sizes and abilities here and exercises can be modified accordingly.“
