I don’t know if there is enough room for me to share what SOAR Physical Therapy has done for me. I have had significant back and sciatica problems for more than 20 years. The last 15 have been brutal. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars between minor surgeries, other PT practices, chiropractic, a special diet, pain management practices and even acupuncture. None of these helped in any real and lasting way. One PT practice even set me back. It wasn’t until Rob Stehm led me to SOAR. Within a day or two of starting treatment, I felt 85-90% better than I have in 20+ years. I have a new lease on life. I’ve been going for about 4 weeks and continue to improve. I’m excited to see what the next 4 weeks will do for me. I’ve cancelled spinal fusion surgery that I was going to undergo at the end of the year. I have recommended SOAR to so many people already and hope that they follow through for their own benefit. Thank you Keith , Matt and Isabelle for all that you have done for me. And a special thank you to Rob Stehm who set me on this road to recovery which, quite honestly, I had given up on. I love SOAR!!!

The doctors here are so knowledgeable, and their cranial work and different approach to care has made such a huge difference in my daily life, particularly with my TMJ. All staff are so friendly and helpful! Shoutout to Dr. Allie for making my day today and giving me relief in a spot that’s been sore for a bit!

I really love this salon but have to leave this review for the other girls out there with bangs. I stopped in for a bang trim with a different stylist than my usual and was under the impression a bang trimming was free of charge, my usual stylist had mentioned this to me last hair cut. While I completely understand paying for a service I was a little taken back when I was charged $19 for a maybe 5 minute bang trim. I wish I was told beforehand that a free bang trim is only granted when I am with my normal stylist, I would have just waited otherwise. I will still be coming back for my hair cuts as I do love this place and the stylists, I just wish this process was communicated better!
Laurie was absolutely amazing, could not recommend her enough! We were not an easy case but she made it happen with ease and confidence, which made us feel good! We are so happy she made this experience great for us !

I have been going LA Bikini in Sea Girt for about a year now. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I have seen a few different sugarists, due to scheduling, and they all have been great. I have consistantly been seeing Geralyn and I love her. She is very sweet, gentle and makes me feel at ease. I HIGHLY recommend LA Bikini!

Great staff, everyone is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Tim was great and helped me naturally get through pain. He introduced me to taping the area that’s inflamed and it has really helped take the edge off and now I can sit without pain. It’s been incredibly helpful. If I have issues in the future I know where I’ll be going.
This team is amazing and very thorough. From the deep cleaned bathrooms, complete kitchen cleanse including every nook behind everything, lovely blanket folds and my personal favorite- flowers made from toilet paper and in tissue boxes! My house not only looks clean but smells incredible. Denka, Gris, Alma and Gelsey you are all 5 stars. Thank you for all the wonderful work you do!

Lynn completely changed my mind on deep tissue massages.
I stopped into Massage Envy in Sea Girt after an offshore fishing trip left me with an incredibly stiff back. I managed to score a last minute 90-minute appointment that evening. I was paired with Lynn as my massage therapist and I am so glad I was.
Normally, I steer clear of deep tissue or stretching work because I usually just want to zone out and relax. However, Lynn took one look at my posture, listened to what was hurting, and recommended going the deep tissue route. I decided to trust her judgment, and it was absolutely amazing.
By the time the session was over, that stubborn lower back stiffness was completely gone. Instead of just feeling groggy, the massage felt incredibly invigorating. Lynn completely changed my perspective on this type of massage, and I’ll definitely be incorporating deep tissue and stretching into my routine moving forward.
