“I really love this salon but have to leave this review for the other girls out there with bangs. I stopped in for a bang trim with a different stylist than my usual and was under the impression a bang trimming was free of charge, my usual stylist had mentioned this to me last hair cut. While I completely understand paying for a service I was a little taken back when I was charged $19 for a maybe 5 minute bang trim. I wish I was told beforehand that a free bang trim is only granted when I am with my normal stylist, I would have just waited otherwise. I will still be coming back for my hair cuts as I do love this place and the stylists, I just wish this process was communicated better!”
