I stopped into Massage Envy in Sea Girt after an offshore fishing trip left me with an incredibly stiff back. I managed to score a last minute 90-minute appointment that evening. I was paired with Lynn as my massage therapist and I am so glad I was.

Normally, I steer clear of deep tissue or stretching work because I usually just want to zone out and relax. However, Lynn took one look at my posture, listened to what was hurting, and recommended going the deep tissue route. I decided to trust her judgment, and it was absolutely amazing.

By the time the session was over, that stubborn lower back stiffness was completely gone. Instead of just feeling groggy, the massage felt incredibly invigorating.
