I stopped into Massage Envy in Sea Girt after an offshore fishing trip left me with an incredibly stiff back. I managed to score a last minute 90-minute appointment that evening. I was paired with Lynn as my massage therapist and I am so glad I was.
Normally, I steer clear of deep tissue or stretching work because I usually just want to zone out and relax. However, Lynn took one look at my posture, listened to what was hurting, and recommended going the deep tissue route. I decided to trust her judgment, and it was absolutely amazing.

I absolutely love Christine, I’ve been going to her at Sea Girt for 3 or 4 years now and she does the best facials. There’s never an awkward moment and conversation comes so easily. She has so much positive yet calming energy. I’ve tried facials at locations closer to my house, but Christine’s work makes the 40 minute drive worth it! She uses the steamer where estheticians at other locations wouldn’t, and goes above and beyond with hand massages. She even brings her own brushes for masks! Shes committed and clearly loves what she does. So grateful to have found her at this location.
Want to thank the owner, manager, front desk and Cole for a 10/10 experience today! I had a slight miscommunication with transfer of a package and they were able to fix the problem for me same day, and get me in for the best massage I’ve ever had! Thank you all for being so kind, professional and empathetic. And Cole was UNREAL! I would recommend her to anyone, I already feel light as a feather! If you’re considering booking, do it!
