From terribly stained clothes to repairs, I only use Sir Francis because I know everything will be correct. Recently, I needed a shirt I put in for dry cleaning but the office was closed. “In general, I’ve been happy with the service. However, I brought a few vintage items in - Armani linen pants, a 70s wool top - and after being dry cleaned, the zippers are now very tough to zip. I’m assuming the chemicals in the dry cleaning process permanently damaged the functionality which is quite disappointing. I wish more care had been taken to avoid applying the chemicals to the vintage zippers which cannot handle the same chemical treatment newer zippers can.“
