There was an issue of slight discoloration with one of my literal favorite pieces and the owner somehow, miraculously found it online, even though it was a piece that was 10 years old, and had it waiting for me when I went back to pick up the original piece. It was a rushed situation but they promised two days before her affair.They also found a small hole in the sweater sleeve. The lady owner found it and she ended at no extra cost.
