“I inherited a holdover tenant from the prior owner of my building. Finally, this tenant left. Unfortunately, this tenant never took care of the apartment and left it in less than ideal shape. It severely needed a full rehab makeover like you see on those HGTV shows. I needed it done soon by a specific schedule within a certain budget. I did my research and chose 3 local companies around Nutley. One of the three was Ace Remodeling. I told them what I specifically wanted and the timeline. The three gave their estimates to me and I ended up choosing Ace. Danny (the owner of Ace) was prompt, gave me a thorough detailed estimate in writing, and was able to start right away.<br>I am very thankful that I chose Ace Remodeling. Danny, Ash, and the rest of the crew are earnest, hardworking, excellent professionals at what they do and it shows. If some unforseen minor obstacle arose, which usually does in these type of jobs, Danny came up with the most cost effective way to solve the issue. In addition, it looks nice. I'm nitpicky about minor things and pointed them out to Danny and the crew during the reconstruction. They were addressed promptly and I was very pleased.<br>The end result after all of their hard, meticulous work was nothing short of spectacular. They finished a little earlier ahead of the deadline, which makes me happy and now I can go rent the apartment out now. Lol, maybe I won't rent it out now because it came out so nice that I might just move in myself.<br>If you want honest, hard-working, meticulous craftsmen doing your project without any worries..I wholeheartedly recommend Danny, Ash, and the crew of Ace Remodeling. “MARTY SUPREME! For years we put off having our stairs fixed because we didn't know anyone who specialized in stair repair, and because we thought it would be too expensive. Then we found Marty Anderson. While not cheap, the price he offered was not break the budget expensive either. I would call it fair. Marty and his assistant were thorough, diligent, and took pride in their craftsmanship and ability to match the original 100+ year old wood. We were more than happy with the work he did. As a matter of fact, I had to tell my wife to not be too effusive in her praise to Marty in the middle of the job, because we hadn't paid the remainder of the bill yet. If you live in Hoboken or Jersey City, and need your stairs repaired, I don't think you can do better than hiring Marty Anderson for the job.”

They went above and beyond, revising our kitchen floor plan over and over until everything was exactly how we wanted it. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. They truly cared about making sure we were happy with every detail.<br><br>I especially have to give a HUGE shoutout to Mike. The level of customer service he provided was honestly unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Mike came out to my house three separate times just to verify measurements, check on the progress, and make sure everything was going exactly as planned. He didn’t have to do that, but he wanted to make sure everything was right.<br><br>On top of that, when my wife and I accidentally forgot some items, Mike personally brought them over to our house for us. That says everything about the type of person he is and how seriously he takes care of his customers. He didn’t just sell us cabinets and move on — he stayed involved and made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end.<br><br>Service like that is extremely rare nowadays. Mike made us feel like we were his only customers, and that kind of effort deserves to be recognized. He turned what could have easily been a stressful kitchen renovation into a much easier and more enjoyable experience for our entire family.<br><br>Barry was great throughout the process as well, but Mike truly went above and beyond in every possible way.
