Nothing makes me happier than when a vendor sets clear expectations and then exceeds them. New Granite & Marble did exactly that. They were transparent about the kitchen counter material we selected for a Manhattan property (Dekton!) and explained its qualities and the installation timeline in detail. Communication was excellent throughout and they kept me informed about when to expect their team’s arrival(s).
The installation crew were true professionals: efficient, knowledgeable, and no-fuss. It was a pleasure interacting with both the office staff and the team in the field.
