“I can’t say enough good things about Cabinets To Go, especially Barry and Mike. From the moment we walked in, they made me, my mom, my wife, and my grandma feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely valued.
Barry and Mike were both incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond, revising our kitchen floor plan over and over until everything was exactly how we wanted it. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. They truly cared about making sure we were happy with every detail.
I especially have to give a HUGE shoutout to Mike. The level of customer service he provided was honestly unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Mike came out to my house three separate times just to verify measurements, check on the progress, and make sure everything was going exactly as planned. He didn’t have to do that, but he wanted to make sure everything was right.
On top of that, when my wife and I accidentally forgot some items, Mike personally brought them over to our house for us. That says everything about the type of person he is and how seriously he takes care of his customers. He didn’t just sell us cabinets and move on — he stayed involved and made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end.
Service like that is extremely rare nowadays. Mike made us feel like we were his only customers, and that kind of effort deserves to be recognized. He turned what could have easily been a stressful kitchen renovation into a much easier and more enjoyable experience for our entire family.
Barry was great throughout the process as well, but Mike truly went above and beyond in every possible way. Cabinets To Go is extremely lucky to have someone like him representing their company.
