“This is the third Woodhouse Day Spa location I've been to. Every time I visit one, I have a pretty good experience. I decided to come here as a treat for myself for my birthday back in April. I made a late morning appointment for a massage on a Friday. When I arrived, I checked in at the desk. I was given a robe and slides to wear. I went in the changing room to change and went to the relaxation room to relax. One thing about it. This place was busy! The relaxation room was a bit full, which wasn't all that relaxing for me. While I waited, I had to fill out a form which goes over a few medical things and asks if there's any particular areas you'd like them to focus on or avoid. Next, I was called in for my massage. Overall, the massage itself was very relaxing and just what I needed. After it was done, I sat in the relaxation room for a few minutes and then I went to change and head out. Overall, I had a pretty good experience here and would return.“

“I would highly recommend Olivia for a facial. She greeted me with a warm and inviting smile and made me feel welcome. The skin assessment form had so many questions and I was having a hard time filling it out but she helped me with it with patience. After listening to my skin concerns, she recommended a couple of treatments. I really trusted her knowledge because she explained the treatments and answered all of my questions. During the facial she explained each step, she was very careful throughout the whole process and was very respectful.

“This place is nice and the massage was great. The only gripe I have with this place is that there are a lot of hidden charges that make the price of the service completely different from what they quote. They expect to pay a hefty 7-8% credit card fee and a minimum of 20% tip. they have a scale of 20-30% tip where 20% is for ok service all the way to 30% for a good service. Also tipping is not just expected or discreet rather you have to tell the cashier how much it will be after looking at the chart. I would rather have all these fees included in the price for the service upfront. It felt a bit like bait and switch“

“So I have been living in the area for 2 years and I just found this salon. It's clean and well maintained. They had a lot of color options including gel, dnd and traditional nail polish. I am only mad I didn't find them sooner. Fast and efficient and the prices are competitive. Andy did my manicure and pedicure and he was so gentle with the foot massage. I am extremely ticklish and hate foot messages but Andy was amazing. I was also very indecisive with my nails and he didn't rush or pressure me. I change my mind a few times and he was so nice and patient . Wiped off the gel color and gave me my new color. Thanks so much I am a loyal client now and will always go see Andy here !!
