I was lucky to begin sessions with Michelle a year and a half ago - we instantly clicked. I felt so safe and at ease with Michelle.I was going through some health issues and one of the more difficult times of my life. I developed anxiety issues from it all, and Michelle was a lifesaver. She helped me overcome many obstacles and my life became easier again. Once we got through the more difficult times, she helped guide me through other areas of my life. I've not only gotten my life back but I've gained so much more insight about myself and feel even better. I'm so very thankful for Michelle, and for Navesink wellness for employing such kind people. I've meet with Jessica S. twice for medication management and I can't express the gratitude I have for the help that she has provided. She has been attentive, understanding, and holistic in her approach to addressing my mental health concerns!

This place has truly been a godsend for me. I'm not sure where I would be without the help and support of the staff - from the first phone call to the office, I was welcomed with compassion. Having all of the services at one place has made treatment so much more effective than anything I have done before. Therapy, medication management, nutritional advice. The team works collaboratively so I wasn't stuck having to tell the same back story to a bunch of separate providers. They worked together to give me exactly what I needed in order to get back on track and find fulfillment again. Highly recommend for anyone considering therapy.
