My new doctor recommends infrared sauna to help remove toxins from my body and to help with some of my muscular aches.
I am so glad I found this spa in Rumson.
I'm now booked for twice weekly sessons up thru Thanksgiving. Beautifully clean spa and the staff are super nice.
I live near Keyport and had to drive all the way to Manchester 9 years ago to find a spa with an infrared sauna.
I'm in Red Bank 3 times a week so this location is perfect for me.
If I could give 10,000 stars I would. Teresa provided me with an amazing treatment that left my skin looking absolutely flawless. Not only that, she provided me amazing company while giving me said treatment. The London Spa has such a beautiful and calming atmosphere and is definitely a place I will be returning to in the future!
