Very good communication and very thorough. Such a great experience with a very professional and pleasant massage therapist. She helped with my muscle soreness and also took the edge off of my golfers elbow!

I've been procrastinating spiritual healing and unblocking my chakra energies for a VERY LONG time due to life just life-ing. So I finally took a mental check out day from everything and made an appointment at AKV. As soon as I walked in, the overwhelming energy of healing hit me and my emotions started flowing uncontrollable while speaking to Shere as to what brought me there. I was initially embarrassed for my tears but Shere was absolutely amazing! She is truly a healer and a teacher. This place embodies a healing sanctuary and safe space. I had a NEEDED 90 min Reiki and Massage and I promise you, I walked out in a TOTALLY different frequency than when I arrived....read full review

I've been going to A Kneaded Vacation for years because their therapists are the best in the area. Shere is absolutely incredible. She offers the best of both worlds - pain relief and healing energy. I always leave our sessions feeling lighter and more myself. I highly recommend scheduling a series of sessions with her to take full advantage of her powerful reiki skills. I've never experienced anything like it.
