“I took my good boy for some of his shots yesterday and everybody there was SO very helpful and great!! Dr. Rivero really listens and offers very helpful advice. You can tell that everyone that works there is very compassionate and loves animals. They all truly go above and beyond and are so nice. When I scheduled the appointment I didn’t request his nails to be trimmed but when I got there I asked if it could be done and they said yes and were very accommodating. I’m so happy that I found Dr. Rivero and this place!! I would definitely recommend taking your fur baby here! I would give them 10 stars ⭐️ if I could!“
“Arrived into town for the holidays and my senior dog developed a sudden UTI. Did a quick search and found good reviews for Orchard Grove. Called them asap and they had an appointment for him right away. I could already tell from the phone call that this was the right place to bring in my Po. Dr John and the whole staff were kind and diagnosed him quickly. He received meds, treats, and lots of loving skritches.. even though he pee'd all over the lobby floor. ? Thank you!!! He's feeling much better now. ?“

“We brought our new frenchie puppy in today for his first vet visit and he had a GREAT time! As soon as we walked in, every person at the front desk was in awe at him- kissing him, hugging him, baby voices! He was so excited.The vet was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions (we had an entire list!) - very gentle with him, kept telling him how cute he was, gave treats after each procedure to make sure he didn’t associate the vet with negativity. They even went to the back and brought out a HUGE stuffed animal for him to take home - it was bigger than him!Thank you again for treating our boy with such love.
