“This is the second time we had the Joe Marra team to remove trees from our property. The first project was significant and complicated including removal of an enormous Oak tree that sat right next to our home. The second project was an emergency removal after a tree snapped and was leaning against some hemlock trees threatening our house. Jose Luis and his team came to price the job the same day and were here the next morning to get the job done before a pending snow storm. Complicated and dangerous - these guys didn't flinch. They are experts at what they do and have an incredibly professional approach. They are honest, efficient, courteous and their pricing was great. It's hard to find people to do good work these days and the Joe Marra team is the needle in the haystack. I have another upcoming project with them in the spring and can't wait to have them back. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone. Additional shout out to Loretta who took my original call. No surprise but she was also a delight to work with.“

“Outstanding work, clean, and very reasonable pricing. I have used many tree companies I can’t say I have ever had a terribly negative or bad experience but what I will say as a developer and contractor these guys are the real deal and by far my favorite. In such a tight spot near a fence and a home they were able to take down two trees in what seemed to be only two or three hours using my neighbors property and not doing a single scent of damage . Amazing work, and I will say it again so pleased with how clean they are. Owner is a pleasure to do business with and very fast turn around time in our situation. Thank you guys keep it up! “Colin and his team did a great job for us! We have old growth trees on our property in northern NJ that needed to be trimmed to remove sailing and dead wood. Mostly Norway maples and a pin oak tree. The Norway maples have a dense canopy, inhibiting understory growth.All work was done with care and respect for the property. They cleaned everything up very well when finished. Jerry the president of Sherwood has been there for all of the work performed on my sites and is ever so diligent in teaching me a little something in the field. “Used Beucler probably about 10 years ago when we lived in a different town. I needed a tree removed at my new property so I included them along with 2 other bidders. Beucler came in with a fair price and did an excellent job. Clearly well trained workers as they were paying close attention to their own safety as well as the surrounding property. They were efficient and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They are very professional. Highly recommended.“
