Juan was very helpful I explained that I was having issues with septic backing up. He assessed the basement to see how many lines head out to the septic. Then he explained how the system works and what the use of a baffle is for. Also recommended we use a 1 ply toilet paper to avoid any clogging issues. He pumped the tank and then added me to the list every three years for service. Great customer service highly recommend.
