Reviews
Extremely professional and complete inspection. We used them to inspect a property under contract. They walked us through the entire inspection as it was being done and answered any and all questions throughout. Supplied remedies and wary warnings where necessary as well as DIY recommendations vs needing licensed professionals to complete the various repairs. Would 10/10 recommend and will use again in the future.
Ryan was great to work with, everything went smooth and easy from setting up the appointment to the actual inspection. Ryan inspected the house as if it were his own, going into detail on any concerns he had. The report was easy to understand while also being very detailed. 5/5 stars, highly recommend home inspection and would use Ryan's services again!
