Daniel showed up on time and did an amazing job of cleaning both. I’ve used another upholstery company before and wasn’t happy with the way it came out. I own a mix of rugs collected from trips a Moroccan flatweave, a small silk Persian runner, and a larger Turkish wool rug. They handled each one like a separate project, explaining how Persian rug cleaning requires different care than Turkish rug cleaning or Moroccan rug cleaning. They picked up everything directly from my apartment and transported it to their facility with modern machines and drying systems. When the rugs came back about eight days later, they looked richer in color and had zero harsh smell, which matters a lot to me. This company genuinely knows how to respect quality materials.”

I had to inspect and point out areas missed multiple times (see photo). GOOD POINTS: The company (Mia) was very responsive as I was able to reach out to them via text but I am unsure if my issue will be solved. I worry that if I was unable to inspect before she left, those areas would still be uncleaned. I hope that this is a one-time thing and will update once the supervisor comes, if they do.”
