This company is so responsive and fantastic at what they do. I’ve gotten multiple rugs cleaned by them and they have been able to remove large stains. They also use pet safe products! 10/10 would highly recommend.
Technicians arrived between 2 hour window and finished on time. Very professional. Carpet looks excellent. Attempted to remove 2 raised ridges in 14 year old wall to wall. Able to do a partial job. Carpet needed stretching but heavy furniture impeded the attempt. Carpet looks beautiful. 5-6 hours of drying time required. I am very pleased. A word about the front office staff. Each time I made a call , I was treated with courtesy and given detailed information. Kudos to them as well.
