Stop looking for a real martial arts facility you found it with PAMA. Real hard core training for self defense. No gimmicks they put it out there for there students to learn and they work with you with plenty of patience. So stop looking else where and give Max a call or email him for information.

Stop looking, this is the place. Only high level instructors, great equipment, family feel, dynamic workouts, and more martial arts than most places. I can only guarantee one thing if you decide to attend this school, and that is that you will become a better version of you.

I’ve been training at PAMA for a long time. I love the place. Very high quality instruction. Friendly environment. Draws from many effective martial arts. Train to music with a partner. Get a workout while learning to defend yourself. Great for adults of all ages, women, and children. Highly recommended.
