the most pleasant dental experience featuring a staff with outstanding bedside manner, led by the nicest man alive— meaning Dr. Rounds. Dr. Rounds has mastered not only the science of dentistry, but also the art of hospitality. He is knowledgeable and kind— I had once noticed that in my patient file written on a post-it note were little details about me as a person from the very first appointment that I had with him— just little bits of information such as what I do for fun, what I studied in college, etc. He would then use that little bit of info to chat with me in future appointments. Dr. Rounds is the best dentist I have ever had. He is one of the rare dentists (the first one I have met after trying many dentists and across multiple states) who truly care about his patients, and is very good at his job. I wish I can give him 10 stars!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rounds and his staff. I have trust issues with dentists due to a prior bad experience, and I trust Dr. Rounds completely. If he suggests something, then you need it. The fact that he is one of the nicest people on the planet is icing on the cake.
