We have been bringing our son to this office for the past 2.5 years since he was born. Whenever my son is sick, I'm able to get him an appointment quickly (same day or next day usually). I've never had a problem with scheduling his well visits either. When I call with worries or concerns, the nursing staff is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The doctors are excellent, especially Dr. Bienstock who is our primary doctor, but every doctor we have seen has been great. I appreciate this office and definitely recommend this practice.

Our 1-year old has been a patient at the Pompton Plains location since birth. However, we are growing increasingly frustrated with this practice.First and foremost, we have little to no negative feedback directed at the practitioners themselves — we are generally pleased. However, we did experience one MD aggressively attempt to push the COVID-19 vaccine on our baby at 12 months; this rubbed us the wrong way. My wife and I are neither “anti-vaxxers” nor conspiracy theorists — far, far from it. Been taking my daughter since she was born, now she is 15 yrs old & she just went for her 15 yr check up.. The Doctors have been great every year! Though its a 40 minute drive from where we live, I dont mind it cause friendly staff, great doctors, always clean office everywhere but most of all is how the the doctor is with the patient.This office was recommended to me litterly right before I had my daughter and couldn't leave hospital till u had a Doctor and appointment set up.. I would highly recommend them to anyone! They have numerous plaques for best doctors of the year, and have multiple locations.
