I made an appointment months ago for a consultation for tubal removal. Unfortunately when I went to finally see her, I was told by her that she no longer did them. I was very upset as I wish this would have been communicated sooner. I settled for an IUD. She was really great I felt no pressure at all. I was thinking about switching doctors because my current doctor could retire any day. 3 weeks later, no IUD. I called several times and felt like I was not getting any clear answers. I had a bit of a miscommunication at first, but Beth, the office manager, went above and beyond to resolve everything quickly and professionally. Dr. Shaghayegh M. DeNoble is truly outstanding — she took her time to explain everything in detail, recommended additional lab tests for a thorough evaluation, and her compassionate, attentive approach made me feel completely at ease.
