“An outside freeze-proof garden hose faucet began to leak. I got some of it apart, but couldn't get it to unscrew from the source pipe. Jenkins had a bigger wrench which worked, and they quickly installed a new faucet that is now working well. They are pricey, but they get the job done correctly.”
“DJ was great. He explained my problem and how it is going to be fixed. Jeremy was great and his whole team. It was a big job, they did great work. They were all very pleasant. It has been a pleasure working with them. The two workers who came today to do pipes under crawlspace did a great job. They were very efficient and very friendly. I am extremely satisfied with all the work and the plumbers from Benjamin Franklin.”
“When I call for plumbing service, I usually get an appointment the same day or by the next day. Jamie, Wyatt, and Anthony have been very skilled, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They clearly explain the plumbing work they are doing, what was causing the issue, and what to expect going forward. Their text updates make communication simple and convenient. I highly recommend this plumber for all kinds of plumbing needs. They fixed a mistake left by another plumber, cleaned out my storm drain, and found and corrected a high water pressure problem before it could cause bigger issues. On short notice, they also helped reroute and relocate my water softener line in the garage so I could move ahead with my floor coating project. The whole process was smooth, professional, and handled with care.”
