“I took.a beautiful dress there that I hadn't worn in years, and it had numerous stains on it. I wasnt sure they would even come out, but I took a chance and let them try it. I was so surprised when I called a week later,

They use heavy duty extractors that leave behind a minimal level of moisture which dried quickly. The paths are gone, the carpet feels clean with no stiff residue remaining.
