My best friend’s newborn had a little diaper emergency during our appointment, and Nicole didn’t even hesitate… she had extra diapers and wipes on hand (who does that?!). She set up a private area in the back for mom and baby, making sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of.

I will say— last time I went a woman who i can only assume to be the owner came up to the young woman washing my hair, and immidiately accosted her with questions that made it super tense and akward.
