I love her vibe, and she always explains what she's doing and asks what concerns I have with my skin so that she can find ways to help. I told her I was open to recommendations for products so that I could start a new skin regimen, but she never made me feel obligated to buy the ones she recommended immediately. I had some reservations about the process, but she walked me through it & really made sure I was comfortable before beginning.
