I know that my babies are loved and well taken care of here which puts my mind at ease. I have used other daycare places and nowhere comes close to the level of compassion that this facility has for my animals. They know each dog and take an interest in their care which I can’t say that I’ve found anywhere else. I trust the staff completely and I know my pups are in good hands while they’re there. “We have always had a pleasant experience with staff at both locations! Front desk readily answers the phone. I’ve never had too long of a wait. They provide complimentary nail trims which is always a great bonus with a fussy pup ? Our dog is also always nervous to go to the vet and can sometimes snap. The vets are very patient and understanding of her. Our dog always leaves in a better mood than when she came in. I’ve included a picture of our dog in their “happy hat.” For the safety of both the dog and vet of course.“

“I am someone who constantly worries about my pup, I am a very protective owner. I have extremely high standards for Vets. Montville Vet Group has met each one of those standards. They treated my dog like she was part of their own family. Dr Ferrante smartly suggested we get our pups teeth cleaned. Doing this, she identified a cyst that otherwise we never would’ve found and could’ve caused serious damage if left untreated. Dr. Ferrante’s staff was caring, attentive to my pups needs and my needs as a protective owner. Even Celeste, the receptionist, assured me she would periodically check on my dog after her procedure. Celeste is amazing, she is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I will always worry about my dog, it is in my nature. But I no longer worry about the care she is getting from Montville Vet Group. They’re an outstanding practice and I feel extremely lucky they’re here for my dog and me!“
