I loved everything . From the greeting they had with me and my partner, to the quality of taking care of my cat . I was more nervous than she was and they handled her spiciness so patently. I could not have asked for a better visit for us both. Will be coming here for as long as I can. they provided estimate costs up front for other procedures as well as recommending the best products for your pet. Any worries I had of my cat being mistreated were completely gone in 5 minutes. Nurse Tatiana is amazing as well.
This is the best veterinary practice hands down! Dr Dulude is my regular vet and she has a wonderful bedside manner. She's always honest and never tries to push things on me. Dr. D takes the time to explain everything. You never feel rushed. Her office staff and techs are super friendly and sweet.
The facility is spotless and the staff is so lovely and the Vet is knowledgeable and so reasonable. We walked out with many helpful tips and great advice. Issue was addressed adequately. My cat who is normally nervous was treated with so much care. I am very happy with the experience and I will go back to them.
