“So happy we called them! AC broke Monday night, fiancé called Tuesday morning and Barry was at our house by 9:30am! Unfortunately, it was a much bigger job than we anticipated but Barry was awesome! Got all of the equipment and did a full AC/heater install and had us back up and running by Saturday! Can’t say enough about how personable and respectful Barry was! “My appointment was for both heating and A/C maintenance since we just purchased our house.
Our air conditioning needed over $1000 in repairs since it was an older unit. Jake, our serviceman showed me what needed to be replaced and the readings on his meter where the unit was failing. He gave me prices for repairs and a new unit for us to make a decision. He was no pressure, professional, kind a very respectful of our home.
We decided on a new unit and sales manager was also very professional and gave us a few options a price points to choose from. Along with the

“We just had to Replace two of our air conditioners. Richard came out review the systems and gave us a quote. Told us to get additional quotes for comparison which we did. Comparison quotes were higher than what Richard was offering so of course we went with National. We had four technicians out. Dave reviewed all of our air conditioners, cleaned and inspected them. . Unfortunately he could not repair one of them so we ended up having to replace it and one that was old. The three guys that came out were exceptional. Connor, Jake and Gabe were polite, professional. I've been having an issue with my HVAC system since the summer, replaced my AC in the summer for an ungodly amount, the company I used I think sold me part of the Brooklyn bridge with it, then my furnace went. A few companies came out and wanted to charge me crazy money as well. Chris, came through and was so honest! “We called Jem 5 years ago after having another company come charge our AC, for 250 dollars, for it to only cool the house for 24 hours. I attempted to call that same company during working hours and left a message. I never received a call back. At that point I looked on line for another company. Enter, Jem Comfort air. They came out the same day even though it was past office hours. They charged it and informed us we needed anew unit. Within 36 hours we had a new unit and the fee for charging the old one was applied to the cost of the new unit. They also installed a heat pump at my sons house. Then we had problems last night. The ac was not cooling. I called at 645 pm and Rick said he would be out. He arrived and in 5 minutes had it working by replacing a small part. He was friendly and very helpful. Please consider this company for your heating and ac needs.“
