“Finding the right medical daycare for my son was not an easy journey. It took a long time for him to get accepted, and there were moments where he was denied more than once but through it all, this incredible team never gave up on us. They guided me through every step of the process with patience, compassion, and genuine care. I never felt alone.
Since Nico was accepted in January, the impact has been nothing short of life-changing. He comes home every single day well-fed, happy, and content and always ready for a cozy nap after such a fulfilling day. Seeing him smile, engage, and enjoy being around the other children means everything to me. He truly loves it there, even down to the transportation, which has made our daily routine so much easier.
I also want to be honest his first week there was scary for me. Letting go is never easy, especially with a medically complex child. But they reassured me every step of the way. I could call at any time, and they would answer all of my questions with patience and kindness. As the days went on, I became more and more comfortable especially seeing how happy my son was coming home. Even just watching his face light up when he gets transferred to the nurse during transportation showed me how safe and loved he feels.
As a single mom, this place has been a blessing I can’t even fully put into words. Because of them, I’m able to go to work, provide for my family, and breathe a little easier knowing my son is in the best hands possible. Their communication is amazing they keep me informed, involved, and reassured at all times.
Every single staff member is phenomenal, and I have to give a special thank you to my son’s nurses one of the sweetest human beings I have ever met. The love, patience, and dedication they show these children every day is something truly special.
