I was referred to PT for pelvic floor therapy, after childbirth. It was so easy to schedule appointments that worked for my schedule. I had never been to PT before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Naomi was great at making me feel comfortable, educating me and motivating me to try new things. I was even able to include my husband and baby on a session. Michelle was able to direct me to get better shoes and inserts and show me exercises that helped to get me so much stronger!
