The Family Practice Center of Newtown is a knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring practice. The staff is very helpful, professional, and nice. The doctor is fantastic, interested, and never gives up, always striving to give the best care. They go above and beyond for patients, order necessary tests, and handle refills in a timely manner. Patients feel genuinely taken care of and describe the entire practice as being like a family. Many have been patients for well over 10 or 20 years and happily recommend it.
I've been a patient here for well over 10yrs and have always had a good experience. First the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and have always been nothing but professional and nice I've never been treated rudely. Dr Turner is so fantastic. She has always been interested in what's happening with me so that she can help me better. She orders bloodwork and tests if necessary to make sure you are taken care of and get to the bottom of your health issues. I know for a fact Dr. Turner has my best interest at heart. Dr. Turner never gives up and will always strive to give the best care. As far as the things people get annoyed with rarely happen. My refills are always taken care of in a timely manner I've never in 10yrs had to call or ask more than once for a refill. I genuinely feel taken care of. I would recommend this practice happily to anyone looking for a good Dr. Thank you.
I have been going to Dr. Spratt-Turner for more than 20 years. She is compassionate and concerned. While going to her, my health has certainly improved. I love her staff. Her nurses are the best a drawing blood. They always hit the vein the first time! I feel that the entire practice is like a family.
