Before coming into Pure Paws last week, I was going to Ivy Pets in Tribecca where I had some bad experiences. Previously, I paid over $1000 to take an unnecessary X-ray where I had to wait over 24 hours for results. At Pure Paws, they saw my dog Jack immediately and I received results / analysis for his X-ray in minutes.

Additionally, for his visit, X-ray, and medication I paid just over $600, far less for way better service. Also, everyone was extremely nice and helpful and Curly at the front desk even left me with some nice gifts for Jack at the end of my visit. Will definitely be making this my new clinic for Jack.“

I have never met such a compassionate team. Dr.Fracapane is so understanding and thorough, always explaining everything so I don’t get confused. They both speak to you as a friend, not just a customer with sweet soft voices(you come to appreciate this when your dog is going through a rough patch).
