“What can I say? CRS was great to work with from start to finish. Mike Stone was patient through all of our questions and revisions, communicative, and ensured we understood the process. Kelvin was also communicative and great to work with, even walking through the house with me before the project started to answer questions about how installing siding, or replacing the roof could affect paintings on walls, recommending where we should take them off the internal walls just to be sure no damage was done. He was also very easy to work with and ensured I always understood what they already did, as well as next steps. And every crew member that came on our property was respectful and easy to work with as well. We had the roof, siding, gutters and front door replaced, as well as new attic insulation added; and again, every crew leader was also pleasant, even asking me to talk to them directly if I saw anything I wanted changed, or had questions about. There were a couple of minor punch list things to take care of, and Kelvin ensured those things were taken care of promptly, and with excellence.

“We have used Segelman Shaw for many years to perform quarterly gutter cleanings and inspect our aging roof. When it eventually came time to replace our roof, we got a few quotes, but ended up going with Segelman Shaw. We are glad we did. Murray was great to talk to initially about the roof replacement process and Theresa did a great job managing the project itself. The guys who replaced our roof seem to have done a great job (it looks good, but time will tell), but the process itself was smooth and they were finished within 2 days.“

Everyone was prompt, efficient, considerate, and courteous. We were especially impressed by the long workday used in order to completely remove and replace the roof. Only a short time the next morning was needed to finish with thorough clean up.“

“Pete and his crew did an excellent job on the exterior renovation (new roof, siding, windows, and gutters) of our home.

The crews showed up on site, when he stated they would and worked straight until they completed the entire job, including Saturdays. Their attention to detail, was incredible, they even went as far as matching the color of the gable vents to the new siding vs the standard white vent on every other home. All holes and corners were filled or caulked with color matched caulk. Every fixture had a white mounting block installed. They used high quality material and the installation was spot-on.

At the end of the job, Pete did a full walk-thru with us and identified a couple minor 'punchlist' items. His crew came back the next day to address the issues. Pete even sent his guys back a few months after their contract was complete to add a dryer vent on our addition that I forgot to ask for while they were here.

Their estimate, contract, and payment terms were clear and fair.

We are very satisfied with the work completed by PJ Sullivan Exteriors and the timeframe in which it was completed.

“Frank J Tucek & Sons, Inc. In business since 1914 TUCEK did the roof back in 1989 right before I bought the house it lasted for 36 years never had a problem. Craig Zannetti their representative and the man that did the estimate to replace my roof shingles was honest and reliable no surprises did exactly what he said he was going to do for the amount I was quoted. The crew arrived by 08:00am and were done by 4:30pm my new roof was completed the yard was cleaned up not even a postage size piece of debris was to be found anywhere. I am very satisfied with Craig Zannetti's Professionalism knowledge and his color sense of the shingles that should be installed on my roof he was dead on. I would recommend F.J.
